Who We Are
We are a group of reform Rank and File Members of SEIU Local 1021. We are organizing ourselves to promote Changes in 1021 that will reform it to be truly a Member Run Union!
Where you will find us: Change 1021’s Members have been actively involved in the Members Advisory Committee (MAC) and the Executive Board (E-Board) promoting democratic bylaws and processes for transparency and accountability for all of our 1021 Members. Change 1021 is also composed of Member leaders in their Worksites, Chapters, Industries, and Counties throughout the Local’s Northern California region.
How we fight
In this time of economic turmoil affecting our Members and our Contracts, Change 1021 Members are actively involved in building alliances amongst all workers to fight back together!
